Oh gawd why did you change the skin?

Fair enough if we aren't going back, people will get used to it, but could you atleast put the name and avatar on the left hand side like it was before? I hate it on the right side.

Or make the skins optional?

edit:

Some other things that have proved to be nuisances. Make the current  smiley :lol!: and find a new : lol : smiley that is just a guy laughing, no Goku with a sign.

Second, is that I and probably many others, have a very large monitor. The forum is fixed into maybe the middle third of my monitor, which is annoying when reading. I'd prefer it to autosize to everyone's screen. It's not a big ask, like honestly two-three lines of coding.

This. The no crown thing is a really big deal, why show an eagle that was purposely stripped of our history when for the majority of Polish history it had the crown? Besides that it will take some getting used to the new setup of the forum, but the change does make it look more up to date and I'm sure eventually everyone will get used to it.

Agreed.

Also now that the site stretched horizontally, the banner is fucked up. If things are gonna be changed they should at least be done right, not half assed.

For full image: RIght click on image and view image.

Option #1:

The forum will NOT stretch but the banner will stay normal. The bigger your monitor, the more white space you will have on the sides.

Image

Option #2

The forum WILL stretch but the banner will repeat. The bigger your monitor, the longer the repeat.

Image

Option #3

The forum will stretch but we will only have a small logo and not a full size banner. We can change the look of this logo. I made it using http://pixlr.com/editor/.

Shouldn't we attempt to find a solution? PHPBB forums are quite common so I would expect there to be someone else out there with the same problem + solution.

Even if we do get the banner to stretch out than the quality will be bad. Most the forums that I visit have a smaller width length than this forum. Even the forum that phpbb has is smaller in width.
