It’s always fucked up how everything comes full circle and how some science fiction writer half a century ago can be so prophetic in their literature when it pertains our predictability as a species in the present.

Automation is about to take a quantum fuckin leap during this global quarantine. Jobs once held, are going to be a distant memory when corporations start to look at their margins.

It’s also sadly comical, how the Chinese politburo will now emerge from party propaganda meetings with an aggressive PR campaign looking to distance themselves from the virus their own shitty policies or lack thereof created allowing the nastiest of wild animal markets to function and be tolerated by the same fucks from Beijing now about to lecture the world on how to properly cope.

China is gonna go full PR, the rest of the world hopefully doesn’t emerge from this shit with collective amnesia and starts to move and diversify their supply chains back home away from these virus causing fucks.

Yes, JDE but first comes a worldwide depression ... millions (billions?) will lose their jobs. By the way, it's very naive and quite stupid to blame the Chinese for all these problems; the worldwide depression will be because of global human greed and stupidity.
