Warszawa 2020 - 2023.
All skyscrapers existing, under construction and approved for construction.

Pretty odd and deceiving render of the project when in reality the tower elevates above her peers by some 30 meters...

Here's a better realization of this project if it comes to fruition cause these things tend to change immensely before shovel hits concrete:

As for the symmetry and harmony to the Intercontinental tower next to her, as it pertains those "legs", it's a byproduct of buraks living behind these towers and doing everything in their arsenal to stop developers from building skyscrapers in front of their dwellings, because it interferes with their access to sunlight, like living in a flat in a major evolving capital grants you the moronic right to hinder the progress of obvious organic economic architectural development. Go fuck off to some country living and sell your flat if it disturbs you, faken provincial villagers living in a downtown core, but I digress.....

Very happy with this quality cladding. Should be another gem like the Cosmo tower.

So jacked to see this girl coming close to being finalized!! :naughty: Sexy glassy architecture is exactly what Warszawa needs to fill the empty lots adjacent to commie and prewar structures. Just that awesome contrast and juxtaposition of styles and decades intertwined in harmonious elegance that breathe new life into the city's soul.
