Whoa where do I start. That English production had a little bit of everything. While I admit I would be ashamed to see Polska do the middle part of their show (the Rap & text massaging crap WTF), this was the most liberal & opened minded presentation I've ever seen on a International competition. I guess if you proclaim yourself a Empire then you will look like a mixed mutt.

- Russia & Japan have nearly the same amount of population? Wow
- Hungary, Portugal, & Spain win hottest chick competition
- NBC telecast is kinda dis-respectable. Not airing or giving countries a second of air time in the walk through to sell advertisements? Shameful

UK hit a fkn home run. This was the greatest Olympic show I've seen put on. Tonights show was basically a presentation of why UK has influenced modern culture more than anyone else. They gave birth to America which can't be matched by anyone else in the last 300 years.

Lol worse was them showing USA for 5 minutes and skipping over Venezuela and going straight to Vietnam. I was told my mother was screaming at the tv for a few minutes.

I was watching both womens beach and court volleyball today. It was entertaining enough.

Could somebody summarize where we have decent chances?
Im especially interested in team sports, that we could watch in some polish pubs.

Edit: Just realized mens volley is the only thing worth watching.

I thought we were good at handball.
ps.com has seen napster, aj axurre, rasiak, msn messenger - all of them - come and go quietly into the good night, and here it stands - a profitable internet giant in the face of all obstacles making a tidy profit from google adsense - JDE

Seriously tho, wtf happened to women's volleyball and mens handball?

This olympics is quite depressing so far...we got screwed in the judo bronze fight, that mountain biker broke her leg, Aggy loses in first first round of womens tennis...fuck me

Don't know how ping pong is in the Olympics, but we still have a women's team in there, till they lose to China. And wheres the giant women weightlifters bigger than Pudzan? Golota would have torn up the heavyweights.

Since the 1992 Olympic Games, no Polish athlete who has carried the flag during the opening ceremony – usually one of the country's top sports stars – has gone on to win a medal.

I only saw the one set they won and the score was 25-13 I believe. They looked so dominate so I wonder what happened in the other sets.
