Cell Phone plans
Cell Phone plans
Hey guys,
Just trying to see what I should be paying for monthly plans.
I got quoted.
300 daytimemin
unlimited after 6pm & weekends
unlimited texting
caller id.
for like 35$ not including tax.
I was paying 31 tax in for something similar.
But they told me that they no longer will be giving me any more freebies of which I had & that my contract was too RICH and they were not making much money on me.. LOL..LOL
Just wanna know what's a fair price.
I still feel I can do better then the 35$ they quoted me.

I'm with Wind mobile
35$
Unlimited Minutes (excluding int.)
Unlimited Texts (excluding int.)
Unlimited internet browsing
Call Display and Voicemail
NO CONTRACT
Canada always had unbelievably shit deals, Rogers and Bell ask over 200 a month for some plans.
Wind is going to kill the competition, Rogers and Bell (and Telus and Fido for that matter) are going to have to drop their price ten fold to compete with Wind.

The thing with Wind though is that it is relatively new in Canada, and thus doesn't have as much of a range like Rogers and Bell does. Wind covers alot of Southern Ontario, Ottawa, Montreal, Edmonton&Calgary and Greater Vancouver, which is good enough for me because honestly I am never leaving Toronto, but if you are in some small town.. Well I'd do some research first.

PG needs to elaborate more what he means by those unlimited minutes. I heard that it only applies within the Toronto area because Wind covers it and does it also mean only between WIND to WIND mobiles....Merrick001 wrote:holy shit(polskaGOLA) wrote:I'm with Wind mobile

Unlimited minutes in all of Canada, and rather cheap in WIND supported USA areas.
Unlimited texts in Canada and USA too (Or USA is very cheap? Can't remember everything.
)
I'd wager elsewhere costs more.

It is $37 + tax. I'm sure there are better deals minutes wise, but not many companies offer unlimited sms internationally at a half decent price, if at all.euro4ever wrote:I'm with telus & have been for 10 years now.Czerwona Armia wrote:What company you are with?
I'm with FIDO.
$37
-200 daytime mins
-unlimited incoming calls
-unlimited evenings and weekends at 5PM
-unlimited texting worldwide
-caller display
is that 37$ tax in or plus tax??
