Wisla won the Polish league and are therefore in the Champions League, Europe's more (most) prestigious competition.

Yeah, that's right, I ain't always a smart ass.

at least educate your self before you talk... don't just randomly speak ignorant comments then expect us not to bust your balls. IF you seriously didn't know Wisla won the league THEN you probably should have looked up the league table at the end of the year to see who finished where. AND if for some reason you didn't know what position in the table plays in what competition you could have easily looked that up as well.

and if you just started watching you shouldn't just pick a team that were the Champions or are always the best. you shouldn't follow a team for now, watch the league since there are several matches on each week on the tele. THEN you can either choose a club where your family is from, like certain players so you start liking a certain club, or even maybe you like a certain style of play because some are more defensive or offensive than others. THEN choose a team. but don't just start following a team once you start following a league because you are doing it for all the wrong reasons. because in the end you may not even like Wisla. i started following Wisla because my family is from Krakow. and i have stuck with them ever since. i could have easily picked Legia, Lech or anyone else for that matter.

like i said, watch the league, then start following a team... you'll be better off in the long run

I can see Lech going into the group stages and putting up a decent fight...I think they have a very nice side now with some nice young players. I am looking forward to seeing them play in the UEFA!
