That's a very deep and talented squad. I would have liked to see what Cherchesov could have done with this squad as I haven't been impressed with Hasi thus far. As a Legia fan I am ecstatic to see Legia in the CL and although I don't expect much (3rd in the group would be an amazing result). I am hoping that the money they make from the CL will result in a top class youth academy.

Very interesting week for Legia now. Training then match against Termalica and then the big one against BVB. The main thing i want is for the new players to adjust to the Legia gameplan and work well with the team. Rado I'm expecting to slot straight back in as he's a pro and knows the club well. Czerwinski might be a bit slow but atleast he knows Polish and Vako well hes supposed to be good so he better show it. Big problem against BVB is the suspenssion of Hlousek. He would have been very useful. Even worse that we dont have a 2nd LB. Some saying Gui should go there as he's played there before and he's left footed. Beres or Dabrowski would be better defensively in my opinion but they're both right footed I believe which doesn't help. I'm not expecting a win or draw but I'd like it to be respectable. If Gui get's it then we lose a attacking threat and it means Jodlowiec is going to be defending only (as he would have been anyway - its the CL) but I think that's the best option. Another dilema is who partners Pazdan in the CB role. So I believe both Dabrowki and Czerwinski should play against Termalia and we'll see whos looking more ready.

Against Termalica I want to see:
Malarz - Gui - Dabrowski - Czerwinski - Bere - Moulin - Ojida- Langil - Rado - Vuko - Niko
Agaist BVB I want to see :
Malarz - Gui - Pazdan - Dabrowski - Bere - Jodla - Moulin - Kuchar - Rado - Vuko - Niko

Against BVB I expect Hasi to line-up extremely defensively. I won't be surprised if BVB takes this group - they made amazing signings this summer but it might take them some time to start clicking.

Something like this:

----------------------Nikolic----------------------
Kucharczyk-------------------------Guilherme
-----------------------Odjidja-------------------
---------Jodlowiec--------------Moulin-------------
Broz-------Pazdan-----Dabrowski----Bereszynski
----------------------Malarz------------------

Looks like both Kucharczyk and Pazdan wont recover in time for the BVB game. Good news with Kuchar being out but Pazdan loss is catastrophic. I don't want to lose 5 or 6 - 0 but with a CB partnership of Dabrowski and Czerwinski and no LB this will be horrendous. I hope we can keep it respectable, but I fear the worst.

Why you guys panicking ?? Vranjas can play CB just as good as Pazdan ;) but for real without Pazdan it will be catastrophic.

Although, I agree with Chris we need to be solid defrnsivly but I say fk the defensive formation let's cram the midfield
------Niko---------
Vako-Moulin-Rado-Gui
--------Jodlo-Odjija----
Broz--Dabrowski----Here's

Jodlo and Odjija can slide in between the wing backs to form a backline 5

Jodlo played CB back in the day. Put him back there in these desperate times.

Honestly it's not that crazy of an idea. He pretty much does essentially the same thing but will be a better distributor of the ball than most CB's

He is 1.90 metres too.

Hell, Legia has other midfielders. Probably should just have Jodlo partner Pazdan for the rest of the fall.

Legia is no stranger to shifting players positions around.

All good except for the fact that the only time they played 3 in the back was against Arka Gdynia at home - which they lost 1-3.

Legia is going to get bitchslapped in the face on Wednesday with something called reality.

An easy 6-0 for Bvb.

Defence is an absolute disaster! !!

Pazdan out for 3 weeks and will miss 2 CL games. Life is unfair. We won't even contest in these games. A CB partnership of Dabrowski who's had 2 crap matches against Arka and Gornik and coming back from injury and Czerwinski who is a average ek player and brand new at Legia add to that no real LB and a RB that's more attacking minded then defencively wise. This is oing to be a massacre. I can't describe how dissapointed/upset I am right now.

Definitely bad news. Hopefully he will be back before the NT matches vs Denmark and Armenia. Not sure if you watched Saturday's game vs Nieciecza. The defense was a joke with the Rzezniczak/Czerwinski combo.

Considering the latest league results for Legia, the bad atmosphere, coach issues, Pazdan injury, I predict us to give up 6 or even 7 goals to Borussia on Wednesday. If so I think Hasi will be dismissed before the winter break.

6 or 7 goals? I wouldn't go that far. In terms of skill, the difference between BVB and Legia is comparable to the difference between Legia and Nieciecza. If we play with a strong defence and smart counter attacking, Legia can make it at least respectable. I'm sure the fans will be amazing - Zyleta has been waiting 21 years for this. Man I wish I was there.
