excellent schedule, for once pzpn did something right!

playing england last is good cause in all likelihood they'll have nothing to play for by then. we could get a tie or win outta there to secure second hopefully.

So it basically comes down to the last two games for Poland. If Poland beats Ukraine then the England game will mean nothing assuming that Poland is in position to qualify to WC. If Poland loses to Ukraine then they might be forced to beat England to qualify assuming its a tight race in the standings. If its a tight race in the standings and it all comes down to the England game then we might just have another '73 WC qualifying game where Poland knocks England out

if we beat montenegro twice as well as moldova and san marino plus ukraine at home that might be enough for second.

the home games against ukraine and england will be crucial. we need 3 or 4 points from them. anything less and were toast.

Yes that is true. Ukraine can beat the lesser known teams too including us ;) and they have a better chance stealing points from England than we do

Should be interesting...

Not really...they have the same chance as we do really... They arent better than us at all, and their recent game with Germany wasn't the same side that played against us.. they had a few weaker players that Low wanted to test out...

Poland 10W-9D-7L 2010 - now

Wins: Moldova, Norway, Argentina, Georgia, Belarus, Hungary, Thailand, Singapore, Bulgaria, Côte d'Ivoire

Draws: Greece, Mexico, Germany, South Korea, Finland, Serbia, USA, Ecuador, Bosnia-Herzegovina

Loses: Lithuania, France, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Cameroon, Australia,

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ukraine 8W-6D-6L 2010 - now

Wins: Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Estonia, Austria, Lithuania, Romania, Norway, Chile

Draws: Romania, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Canada, Switzerland

Loses: Italy, France, Sweden, Uruguay, Czech Republic, Brazil

Sooo from this I dont really see how they are better than us???

Yes I remeber they lost 4-0 against france and we 1 to 0 in the same week and the same France squad. Still all of them are friendlies who knows how our NT and Ukraine are going to play in the real games. We are going to know who is better team in this euro for sure.

I like it. I rather have Poland try to qualify under extreme conditions. Fuck it dude....we need to proove our worth. We have decent talent on our squad, we just need a better coach. After 12', we should hire some good French / German guy. Or even Italian. After Smuda, we need to progress with our team. Leo was a good stepping stone, but now we need someone good like Spalletti or Jean Fernandez...

We need a quality coach. Not trying to downgrade Smuda, hes a good coach, but hes not worthy enough to guide our NT, nor any other NT.
